Module 8: Positive Student Confrontation
When all other strategies and techniques have failed in helping a student who continues a negative pattern of behavior, Positive Student Confrontation should be used. In this module you'll learn how to plan for and conduct a private, development dialogue with a student to improve behavior.
At the completion of this Module, you will be able to:
- Apply the steps of the Positive Student Confrontation process to work with a student or young individual.
- Reflect on and continuously evaluate personal practice, adjust accordingly, and actively seek out opportunities to grow professionally using the knowledge and skills of this course.
