Content Questions

If you have questions about content in the course, you may always contact your course facilitator in these ways:

• Click on Forums > Questions when you have general questions about the course content, especially questions that pertain to all participants.
• Send a message when you have questions that pertain directly to you, such as questions about your grades or attendance.

Technology Questions

If you need assistance with Sakai, you may:

• Click Help in the left navigation and search for what you need.
• Click the question mark by a tool to read context-specific help.
• Click Help > Technical Support, which links you to a special web site that provides help for using Sakai. This support page is available to you any time you need more information or help to complete a task in Sakai.
• Use the Sakai Tutorials to practice your skills in a safe environment.

If you have problems with your Internet connection, contact your local Internet service provider.
