K-U-Dos and Pre-Assessment

When you link standards with district and/or state level assessments you’re able to pinpoint essential concepts (K-U-Dos) for students. These K-U-Dos K-U-Dos (knowledge, understanding, and 'dos' or skills) become the focus of differentiation and are the first step of the Standards-Based Model for DI. The second step is to pre-assess your students on the K-U-Dos you’ve identified.
