1. Read pages 1-8 (Introduction) in Navigating through Geometry. In a word processing document, answer the questions below. Post your response to Forums.
2. Describe three foundational components for geometric thinking. Briefly summarize each one in a sentence or two.
3. What are the methods you would use to assess students' prior knowledge of geometry concepts? Aside from tests, can you think of alternative ways to assess their knowledge? Brainstorm and list as many ways to to assess the three foundational components you identified above.
