Assignment Objective:
Create and submit a finalized lesson plan that is fully aligned to the Standards Aligned System.

50 points Rubric (40/50 points required for passing grade)
For a final project you will ensure that your lesson plan is fully-aligned and addresses your students' needs.
- Design a lesson plan to ensure that it fully aligns the six elements that support student achievement, and addresses your students' individual needs.
- Include the learning activity that addresses 21st Century skills that you designed in activity A-2.
- Using Pennsylvania Department of Education guidelines, your instructor will either approve or decline the submission. * Please review the approved lesson plan template with definitions in order to ensure you have all necessary components in your lesson: http://www.pdesas.org/module/sas/RelatedSaSMaterials.aspx
- Then, visit this Publish Your Best page and follow the directions to Create New Content.
- At the bottom of the page, for "Instructional Content" select "Instructional Content" and for "Select a Template to Start Building" choose "Lesson Plan."
- Then click "Create" and follow the directions.
- Direct your instructor to the page you create.
To complete this assignment, visit the assessment tab and click on assessment C-1. You may enter or upload your plan.
