Course Evaluation

Directions

1. Click online course evaluation.
2. Enter the password you received via Message from your instructor this week. This password guarantees your anonymity. Your instructor does not receive individual reports, but rather a combined report of all responses, with no connection to passwords or names, and only after grades have been submitted.
3. Click “Submit.”

Note: All evaluations are anonymous, so if you would like to make a closing comment to your facilitator you may post it to Messages.
