**Note: If you are not currently teaching or your educational role supports students outside of the classroom, identify and integrate the 21st Century Outcomes that are most relevant to your subject area and grade level or are of interest for a learning activity you could implement in the future or share with a colleague who teaches in the classroom.

Design an upcoming learning activity with 21st Century Outcomes that you will teach and use for the final lesson plan you will design for this course:

  1. Read the P21 framework and identify the relevant 21st Century Outcomes for your particular subject area and grade level.
  2. Align Pennsylvania Academic standards and appropriate 21st Century Outcomes to your activity within the lesson.
  3. Include aligned objectives and an assessment to standards and 21st Century Outcomes.
  4. Predict how this lesson or learning activity will be enhanced with the implemented 21st Century Outcomes.
  5. After teaching the lesson or learning activity, in a one page reflection, evaluate if your predictions were accurate. If not, include modifications to enhance the lesson or activity for the future. **If you are not currently teaching, explain how you would adapt the lesson or activity to meet the needs of all learners. If you support students outside of the classroom, how could you collaborate with a teacher to integrate and enhance the lesson?

Your response must be at least one double-spaced page in length. If you are typing your response directly into the Assessments Tool, include at least three developed paragraphs.
