Strategies for Individualized Learning

There may be times when you need to provide one student with an individualized plan of instruction based on his or her readiness, interests, and/or learning profile preferences.

Please keep in mind that individualized doesn’t necessarily mean independent. Most students need guidance from the teacher and interaction with other classmates. A high level of student self-directedness is required for individualized instruction strategies to be successful.
