As we continue to learn more of ourselves, we are able to create more authentic relationships with students that will, in return, allow us to design practice that is effective and authentic in meeting our student's diverse needs. A curriculum that includes student voices in ways that will empower them to believe their knowledge counts. There are many models that assist us in better understanding what steps we must take to transform our curriculum in ways that validates our students.
