Forum - 20 points (15 points for the post and 5 points for the reply)

Forum Rubric

1. In the Key Information read:
   • "Personal Power Strategy One: Provide Choices"
   • "Personal Power Strategy Two: Personal Choices"  
2.  On your own, respond to two or more of the following questions:
   • What choices do you have in your classroom?
   • In your school?
   • In your profession?
   • In your life?
3. After reading Chapter 3 in Teaching Discipline and Self-Respect, include justifications from the reading for using choice in the classroom.  What new choices might you include?
4. Add your responses to the Forum. Include your choices and the choices you may offer your students in your own classroom.  
5. Read your classmates' responses and reply to two people. Indicate if there are any choices shared by your classmates that you would consider using in your own classroom.
