Barriers, Communication, and Online Safety
Completing an IMP successfully means overcoming challenges. What happens if your administration resists project-based learning or the use of multimedia instead of traditional assessments? What happens if the site you planned to use for projects is suddenly blocked by the district filter halfway through the project? What will you do if families complain that their children aren't safe using online tools?
It's important to anticipate these problems and think about your resources before you actually start the project. Communicating with your administration and families early in the process can help avoid problems later.
