Assessing Student Needs
Assessing your students to find out how they learn, what they are interested in, what multimedia skills they have, and how they solve problems gives you important information when developing IMPs for your classroom. Your students' passion for learning through interactive multimedia projects will be related to what they think is important and interesting. Students need to know how to troubleshoot technology problems and solve interpersonal conflicts when working with teams or small groups, so those skills should be evaluated before you start your project.
