Small Groups
Adult learners have valuable experience to share with each other. As facilitators we cultivate the environment where that collaborative learning thrives. Small group work can be a vital part of that collaborative learning environment, and you need to know how to create and facilitate those groups. Group work provides both advantages and challenges which facilitators must address.
