Conclusion
This module explores the importance of leveraging learning by first awakening students’ curiosity and interests. The effective teacher develops and implements various instructional strategies to engage students with meaningful academic experiences. Small efforts made to build positive personal connections with students, especially adolescents, reap great rewards in terms of student motivation and emotional harmony. Students are inspired to achieve at higher levels when they are genuinely and personally encouraged by faculty members.

1. Take the Final Assessment.
Part I: From this module, select three strategies for sparking student engagement that you have not previously used. In a five to seven sentence paragraph, describe each strategy and a brief plan for incorporating it into your class.
Part II: Compose a two paragraph response (five to seven sentences each) describing how these strategies will impact student engagement with behavior, motivation, individual and group achievements, and informal assessments.
