Module 6: Mental Models
In previous modules you learned Personal Power strategies to help students who were low in Personal Power. This module presents strategies and techniques to help students who are low in Mental Models.
Students who don’t have clear Mental Models have difficulty with self-responsibility because they don’t know what is expected of them or understand the standards to which they will be held accountable. They often lack consistency, structure, and accountability in their lives as well as ideals and personal standards. They need vision, mission, purpose, organizational skills, and the how’s and why’s of learning.
